Grapes are selected and harvested, exclusively by hand. Must ferments in stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasts 15 days at controlled temperature 20-22°C. After fermenation, the wine decants in steel and then is placed in barriques, where ir refines for a period of 12 months. further 12 months of refining in bottle. |
