From the still wet grape skins a high class liquor is distilled, that keeps all the roundness and structure of our wines.

Soft, clear, with elegant flavour, delicate and well balanced. The alcohol level 40° vol. gives a complex and intense nose reminding the fruity of Castelluccio's Sangiovese.

To be served fresh, around 12° C (54° F).
