Graduated
in Agricultural Sciences at Florence University in 1983,
with an experimental enological thesis on Vini Novelli, then she
successfully attends Enology Master at Piacenza’s Catholic
University.
From 1991 to 1998 she attends several refresher courses at the
Enology Institute in Bordeaux University (France) and at the same
time she works as Professional Consultant with Federdoc and Val.Vi.To.,
furthermore, she starts the collaboration with the Enologist Vittorio
Fiore in some Estates in the Chianti Classico area.
At the moment she carries on her technical activity in several
wine estates in Toscana and Umbria, and is also a member of the
tasting commission for Chianti and Chianti Classico DOCG.
