vinification
and maturation |
Wine obtained with the classical
extraction technique, consisting in separating a small amount
of must as soon as it is obtained from the pressing of the grapes and processing
it “in white”, avoiding contact with the skins,
before adding it to the remaining must. Always controlling the fermentation temperature, constantly kept
around 20° C. |
|
Wine good
as aperitif as well as the whole meal, well matching with
pasta, fish dishes, anchiovies, sardines, octopus and patatoes
salad, but also very good with medium seasoned cheeses. |
