| Wine
produced with Sangiovese grapes,
with an intense and bright ruby red colour. The
bouquet is fine and fruity, with notes of red berries,
as cherry, marasca and pomegranate.
The taste is fullfilling, harmonic, balanced, elegant, with a good
and quite persistant structure. |

Soil: sandy-clayey produced
by the arenaceous marly sub-strate alteration. Exposure: slope 20%-25% - south east – south
west. Production: Kg 1,2 per plant. Plants / ha: 7.000, from selected vineyards. Harvest: middle
of October – manual. Bottles produced: 40.000. |

and maturation |
Wine obtained using a top
loading system for the pressed and de-stalked grapes, by
the mean of a conveyor belt that respects the
fruit integrity and allows to move the grapes into
the winemaking vats without using pumps. Traditional
winemaking process with skins maceration during the fermentation
at controlled temperature. Once the main fermentation process
has ended follows the malolactic fermentation, that ends
in December's first decade. Refinement in bottle. |

Whole meal wine, suitable for red meat dishes and medium
seasoning cheeses. Suggested serving temperature: 18° C. |
