by the arenaceous marly sub-layer metamorphism. Exposure: Slope 20%-25% - south east – south
west. Production: Kg 2 per plant. Plants per ha: 3.000. Harvest: Middle
of October, and later – by hand. Produced bottles: 3.000. |

Grapes are left to dry until they reach a sugar concentration assuring a total potential alcoholometric gradation of more than 23% vol. Then it take splace the pressing of the grapes and tha obtained must is placed in barriques, where the alcoholic fermentation begins and reaches its completion. Refining: 18 months in barrique and at least 6 months in bottle. |
