| Bright wine, verging on straw yellow, fresh with fragrant bouquet, has notes of white flowers and fresh fruit, as ripe peaches and pears. The taste is sapid, soft and well balanced. |

by the arenaceous marly sub-layer metamorphism. Exposure: Slope 20%-25% - south east – south
west. Production: Kg 3 per plant. Plants per ha: 3.000. Harvest: in September – by hand. Produced bottles: 20.000. |

Grapes are softly de-stalked and pressed, the obtained must is left to decant for a whole night. Then the liquid part is poured out, and after few hours at controlled temperature (18° C), it starts fermenting. The whole procedure, including the refining process, takes place at controlled temperature to preserve the wine's organoleptic characteristics. Refining in bottle. |

As aperitif or as whole meal wine, excellent with appetizers and sea food. Suggested serving temperature: 10-12° C. |
