Wine obtained respecting the fruit, using a top loading system for the grapes, by the mean of conveyor belts and gravity for the whole winemaking process. Maceration at controlled temperature, as well as malolactic fermentation, that ends in December's first decade. Refining in bottle. |

Whole meal wine, very good with pasta and red meat dishes. Suggested serving temperature: 18° C. |
