Wine obtained using a top loading system for the pressed and de-stalked grapes by the mean of conveyor belts that respect the fruit integrity and allow to send the grapes inside the winemaking vats avoiding the use of pumps. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Refining: 18 months in small vats + 5 months in bottle. |
