by the arenaceous marly sub-layer metamorphism. Exposure: slope 20%-25% - south east - south
west. Production: Kg 1 per plant. Plants per ha: 7.000. Harvest: in the beginning of October – by hand. Produced bottles: 12.000. |

Wine obtained using a top loading system for the pressed and de-stalked grapes, by the mean of conveyor belts that respect the fruit integrity and allow to send the grapes inside the winemaking containers avoiding the usage of pumps. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. Refining: in 350 litres tonneau for 12 months, then 6 months in bottle. |
