| To the nose, the oil presents a medium intensity fruity green, tending towards lightness, with pleasant notes of grass and almond. |
| Also to the taste the olive fruit presents the same intensity expressed to the nose. Light and pleasant the positive spicy attribute, while the bitter one is slightly stronger. The same pleasant olfactory sensations of grass are confirmed to the taste. Very nice the secondary hint of sweet almond that persists above the others. |

Each variety is harvested at the right maturation moment and milled separately within 24 hours from harvest to avoid losing the primary smells and bouquets. Then the mono-variety olive oils are united in the best proportions to obtain an excellent quality extra virgin olive oil. |
