organoleptical characteristics
Colour: light straw yellow, bright, with pleasant green reflexes. Bouquet: fresh, wide and fragrant, with a subtle hint of ripe melon, flowers and fruits. Taste: dry, soft but lively. A good harmony with a back taste of green nuts that pleasantly remains in the mouth.
