organoleptical characteristics
Colour: light straw yellow with bright lightly green reflexes. Bouquet: delicate but well expressed, of fine intensity. Fresh, fragrant, with pleasant almond flowers and artemisia hints. Taste: dry and lively, harmonic with pleasant fruit and green almond back taste.
