Winemaking |
The wine making process is carried out in stainless steel
tanks at controlled temperature, then ageing 6 months in
stainless steel tanks and maturing for another 3 months
in bottle. |
Organoleptical Characteristics |
Colour: bright straw-yellow. Fragrance: wide and espressive,
well balanced union of floral and fruity notes. Taste: fresh and at the same time complex. Of good liveliness and
long persistence. |
