Winemaking |
The wine making process takes place in stainless steel
tanks at controlled temperature, where also the malolactic
process takes place, then ageing for 12 months in 225 litres
barriques and maturing for another 3 months in bottle. |
Organoleptical Characteristics |
Colour: ruby red of good
intensity. Fragrance: fine
and fruity with small red berries notes and pleasant spicy
sensations. Taste: lively and
harmonious, with good structure and characterized by a tannin
weft smooth and pleasant. Long final. |
