The wine making process takes place in stainless
steel tanks at controlled temperature, malolactic in 225
litres barriques, where will be ageing for 12-14 months,
then maturing for another 12 months in bottle. |
organoleptical characteristics |
Colour: deep
and thick ruby red. Fragrance: well balanced fusion of variety and tertiary notes originating
from the refining process in barriques. Fine, elegant and
complex characterized by small black berries well combined
with cocoa’s spicy and toasted notes. Taste: full, smooth, warm, with elegant, round and velvety tannins
well fused with alcohol and freshness. |
