Winemaking |
Fermentation for about 16 days, with periodical pumping over for a better color and softer tannins extraction, in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactique fermentation. The obtained wine mature for 30 months in 225 litres French Oak barriques (medium toast). |
Organoleptical Characteristics |
Colour: ruby red color. Bouquet: Wide and well marked with aromas of red fruit and hints of black pepper and licorice. Taste: Denotes a complex structure of considerable elegance, with soft tannins and a long, lingering flavor with hints of blackberry jam. |
