Organoleptical Characteristics |
Colour: straw yellow, nearly golden, crystal clear and consistent. Bouquet: good intensuty and persistance, wide flowery sensation (yasmin and passion flower), general sensation of patisserie. Taste: sweet sensation (amabile) accompanied by freshness, sapidity, the right alcohol content, give it intensity and excellent persistency.
