Short permanence inside the skins; slow fermentation and

Organoleptical Characteristics
Colour: intense straw yellow, crystal clear. Bouquet: good intensity, persistance and fineness, it presents fruit and floral notes in a background of vanilla scents. Taste: the "sweet" components, lightly overtaken by acidity sensation and sapidity, give it harmony and excellent intensity and persistance.
Matching food
Fish; white meat; cured pork meats; semi-seasoned cheeses;
radicchio trevisano (chicory from Treviso); excellent as
aperitif.
