This wine expresses the complex relationship between twelve grapes that come from various roots and traditions. The perceptions and emotions given by this wine can be compared to a symphony in continuous progress. |
As a consequence, the result of each harvest is a unique product originated by an “ensemble” of grapes that are always different and that are chosen for excellence of their ripening. |
“DO”12 UVE’s character makes this wine to accompany dishes of the farming tradition as well as game, roasts, red meats and seasoned cheeses. |
