winemaking |
All grape varieties are harvested separately and exclusively by hand. Also the winemaking process takes place separately, in stainless still tanks with controlled temperature. The obtained wine ages for about 5 months in 225 liters French Oak barriques and 5 hl French Tonneaux. Further refining of 3 months in bottle. |
