| "San Quintino" Chianti DOCG |
Wine of humble origins, Chianti was born
in the XIV sec. as a perfect complement
of the traditional Tuscan meals. Its
medium-high acidity and medium
tannins, makes it a good pairing to many
recipes, particularly those tomato sauce
based. It’s our “daily wine”, so for we
choose to use only the traditional grape
varieties and to maintain its fresh and
lively character- to be enjoyed around to
a table, preferably in friend’s company. |
