The production of this precious distillate is made from the dregs of pressed Sangiovese grapes, still fresh and wine dripping. Grapes were subjected to a careful distillation with low degree colums and discontinuous method. This methd guarantees the respect of the aroma and the taste peculiar to this variety of grapes. |
