| organoleptical characteristics |
Colour: dense green. Bouquet: Extremely powerful, clean-edged, fruityfragrance of green olive, with nuances of artichoke and thistle. Taste: very full-flavored, with crisp, fresh green vegetable, particulary artichoke, and a tasty vein of pungent pepperiness, accompanied by a lingering complex of aromatic notes. |
| A noble oil with a remarkkably piquant distinctiveness. It shows an unusual ability to preserve its unique aromas and colour over time, and is wonderful drizzled directly on lightly-toasted country bread and on raw vegetables. |
