Winemaking
Fermentation in stainless steel for 10 days at controlled
temperature (16° C). Aged in stainless steel for 4 months and further refining in bottle.
Organoleptical
Characteristics
Color: straw yellow with green reflections. Bouquet: good intensity and persistence, characterised by floral notes. You can also distinguish notes of straw and jasmine. Taste: lively, harmonious and enveloping, long persistence on the palate.
Matching Food
Excellent with fish dishes.
