Alcoholic Fermentation take place in cement tanks for about 8 days, at controlled temperature. The obtained wine is then moved into 225 liters French Oak barriques, where Malolactic fermentation take place. The wine mature for 18 month in barriques and refine a minimum of 8 months in bottle |
