Winemaking |
Harvest: first two weeks of October. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in concrete vats. Refining: 10 months in concrete vats. Bottle maturation: at least 3 months. |

Characteristics |
Color: intense ruby red, lively and bright; Bouquet: wide and diversified, prevalence of fruity notes, mostly cherry, black berry and pomegranate; Taste: fresh and fruity, with soft tannins and velvety notes. Long lasting to the palate.
