Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in French oaks. The winemaking and ageing of the different grapes varieties are processed separately. The wine mature 10 months in 500 lt. French oak tonneaux and 6 months in bottle.

Color: solid and dark ruby red. Bouquet: important notes of sweet oak, ripe fruit, chocolate and vanilla. Taste: round to the palate, good intensity; evidence of fruits and wood, with liquorice hints in the final.
