It was born in 1998 from a clear choice of the owner,
who left behind a work as a chemical to become an olive
and vine grower, with the aim of producing the highest
quality products, strongly tied to the land of origin. |
| The
wine “Le Vespe”, Rosso di Toscana I.G.T.,
is the outcome of the efforts made to improve the indigenous
black grape vines present throughout the vineyard.
The other goal, to which they have worked since 2002,
is carrying out new plantings to create a pure merlot
wine, that will become the farm leading wine. Choices
made with regard to viniculture go hand in hand with winemaking
plans, which foresee the construction of a new cellar,
equipped with the latest technology. |
