Winemaking
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature 28-30° C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Refining 6 months in stainless steel, 3 months in bottle.
Organoleptical Characteristics

Color: intense ruby red. Bouquet: lively and fruity. Notes of red fruits, as cherry and raspberry, together with floreal ones, as wistaria, typical of this area Sangiovese. Taste: pleasant confirmation of the smell notes of ripe red fruits. Fresh and sapid, with soft and ripe tannins. Long lasting aftertaste.

Traditional Tuscan country dishes: fresh and cooked vegetables, medium-hard cheeses, roasts.
